4. Shipping, Delivery, and Digital Access

4.1 Physical Products
For any physical goods purchased, shipping and delivery times may vary based on your location, product availability, or carrier delays. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your shipping address.

4.2 Digital Products or In-App Items
If you purchase in-app content or digital Products (e.g., game items, expansions), they are typically delivered immediately upon successful payment. However, occasional delays may occur due to technical issues or high server load.

4.3 Title and Risk of Loss
For physical goods, title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier. For digital items, access is granted upon successful payment.

5. Refunds and Returns

5.1 Physical Product Returns

  • Products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.

  • Certain items (e.g., consumables, personalized goods) may be non-returnable.

    5.2 Refunds for Digital Products

  • Refunds for digital purchases (e.g., in-app items) are granted at our sole discretion, unless required by applicable law.

  • If you encounter technical issues or accidental purchases, please contact support.

    5.3 Refund Processing
    Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If, notwithstanding the other provisions of these Terms, we are found liable to you, our liability shall in no event exceed the amount paid by you for the Product(s) at issue.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TWW Studios, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, any content you post, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

10.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Kingdom of Bahrain. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
